Steve is the Director of Coaching for the Patriots Football Club, and currently works as a coaching instructor with the US Soccer Coaching Education Dept, and is also an Associate Staff Coach with the NSCAA. Steve is currently helping the FAI (Football Association of Ireland) as a scout in the Tri-State area for their youth National Team Programs, and also works as a Staff Coach with the Region 1 Boys ODP program.

Steve has worked at both the NCAA Division I and III levels, with Iona College and Manhattanville College. He helped plan and implement a session that was presented at the NSCAA Convention in Philadelphia, helping Chicago Red Stars Head Coach, Emma Hayes with "Forward Touch, Forward Play-The Arsenal Way" Steve also had the opportunity to work with the Arsenal FC Ladies and Academy team in October 2007, where he ran two sessions that were warmly received by the players and coaches.
