It’s the Holidays! Here at PMA, we are very much a family, both within the group and with our customers also. So as we prepare for your holidays, we would like to respect the family time that our staff loves and works so hard for, but would be the vacations necessarily a time to remove?Based on what industry you are in, it might not be. If you utilize those struggling with grief, addiction or stress – the holidays can very much be a cause, and my guess is, you are still on-call.As a team, we are very cautious about reaching out over the holidays (and for that matter, we hold off sending emails on weekends and evening year round), but its OK if you still feel the need to operate over the holidays, since it is the ideal time to: What could you do otherwise?The holiday season is a fantastic time to make a vision board for 2019, what do you want your focus to be?Write personal letters – not mails, real handwritten notes – to your customers thanking them for their business over the last year.Work on your social networking content calendar for 2019Read a book that inspires you! Perhaps it’s business related, or personal development, whatever excites you, take action!But first and foremost, take this opportunity to be thankful, to your loved ones for encouraging you, your friends for always being by your side, your customers and your team. I need to take this opportunity to thank my staff for all that they do to encourage our customers year round, with them, PMA would not be what it is now, and their dedication to each other and our customers don’t go unnoticed. It’s been my attention over the past year to continue to inspire the staff to explore their passions and perform the job that excites them.
